One of the better shopping malls around Tampines central. Between this mall, Tampines Mall And Century Square, I’ve frequented Tampines 1 the most, due to the retail mix. I get most, if not all that I need from this mall.

Always pleasant to shop in this mall and it’s spacious and not overly crowded.

As the entrance looks very nicely decorated like a restaurant, one can easily miss this as a food court. When you walk in, the food court actually is quite a good size and very nice deco with local nostalgic food stall theme. All the stalls look really enticing. I had the yong tau foo which is really good. I think it’s better than many other food courts in the nearby malls. Highly recommended and will surely return again.

The basement carpark exit gantry is frequently affected by outages and causes a huge jam in the carpark that takes 20-30 minutes to clear. Frankly ridiculous as we've been stuck in it on several occasions already, thinking each time it'd be fixed. Called customer service repeatedly but each time just met with a "will feedback to security". Enter at your own risk.
