Incredible service and ethics from Toon and Max at this shop. I came in, traveling from Canada, with a technical issue just asking for help, not intending to make a purchase unless necessary, and they wouldn’t let me waist my money. They went out of their way to help fix my problem….researching the issue, calling tech hotline, problem solving, allowing me an international phone call on their personal phone. I left feeling extremely cared for as human being needing help. Any business out there would be at a real advantage having these two on their team.
