Avoid at all costs and zero stars (SCAM). Canceling (even during the 30-day trial period, which is my case) is extremely complicated (5-6 phone calls). Each time, I'm told the cancellation will be processed within 24 to 48 hours, which never happened. After being contacted again (late), they try to sell me more products. I reiterate my intention to cancel, and I'm told the confirmation email will arrive within 24 to 48 hours, but it never did.

As a result, I'm left with €185 in charges when I only signed up for a €50 per month contract.

This is completely unacceptable; I absolutely do not recommend them.
