They sold us 3CX, after which many headsets continue to malfunction. Some work one minute and then the next. Very frustrating. They're still under warranty, but exchanging and replacing new headsets is incredibly expensive.
So they sell devices, install them, and if they break after less than six months, they replace them after much insistence, and we have to pay for that again. You can't call it customer service or helpfulness (because we especially want this resolved). A service without a working headset simply can't make calls. For us, not making calls means major frustration and delays.
Such a shame!
