Great value for money. Communication could be better, so minus one star for that. In particular, the order status does not indicate whether the product is shipped, and you also never get any e-mail about shipping. The package simply arrives after a couple of days. However, I would not mind doing business with them again.

Well. It can be challenging, because they aren't good at answering emails or picking up phone. That happened with me and I was furious. But give Becomputers chance - it's small business and they try to do their best. They really are busy and you see it when you come to their office. So let's forgive communication flaws!

About quality of laptops, computers and accessories: let's be realistic, stuff is refurbished so don't expect it to work as brand new.
