The ALP600, which I've been using for over five years, is, to my knowledge, unique in its configuration and features. Furthermore, the customer service is second to none. After all this time, a hardware issue arose, which was resolved free of charge.

With this network-enabled door intercom system, in conjunction with our Fritz!Box and our network, we have a solution that, to our knowledge, is unique on the market. All data related to our front door remains with us and is not sent to a company's cloud. We can be reached by delivery services regardless of our location, thanks to call forwarding to our Fritz!Phone – this allows us to speak with the Hermes delivery service from the garden or later check whether they actually delivered or if the delivery information was incorrect. Since the system is integrated into our network, we have unfortunately experienced occasional outages, which are generally due to network issues. However, a consistently friendly Alphago employee has always provided us with quick and competent assistance, for example, via TeamViewer. This company, with its excellent accessibility and prompt service, is more than just recommendable. We secretly hope that this company doesn't grow too quickly and thereby lose its quality, which is why we have gladly recommended them on numerous occasions.
After changing my router three times within a short period of time, a lot of the Fritzbox settings had been changed. I called Alphago, and I got a response very quickly. The very helpful and competent employee took a lot of time and, with a lot of patience, fixed all the settings on the router and PC.
