We visited the store to purchase a PC monitor and we selected one marked with a price of €107. After asking an employee for assistance, we were given the monitor and completed the purchase. When we arrived at home
we found out that the monitor we received was completely different from the one we selected.

When we returned to the store to address the issue, we were informed that the monitor had been incorrectly labeled.

What made the situation worse was that none of the employees acknowledged or corrected the mistake. We also had to wait over an hour to return the item. After more than two weeks, the same monitor is still displayed with the wrong price. Which honestly seems to be designed to scam costumers.
