I tried to have my known AirPod static problem repaired there. I was given the run around with a new excuse every time. One being that my AirPod that worked perfectly needed to be replaced because it didn’t charge. So I went to the store when they told me it was charged. I WILL NEVER GO TO A LAB9. Don’t waste your time. They are not competent at all.

when it was MacLine there were capable technicians and a certain idea about good service, then it was Switch and technical service and polite, helpful service disappeared. Now with Lab9 I can confirm that all you’ll get is poor, unhelpful service from people who have no idea about the products or helping a customer. That’s it, I’m through with them!
