Best to call in if you have an issue with your apple product as they do not really fix the products at the shop... They send it out to be looked at and then you will know what is the issue with your computer. Perhaps Best to go to the real Apple shop in Amsterdam if you are looking for best options.

I see a lot of negative reviews here, but my experience was totally great. At first I visited the store and purchased AirPods Pro, the service was quick and responsive. Then after two days the airpods case just unexpectedly died, and the next day I came back to the store , the stuff confirmed defective AirPods case and in took me literally 5-7 minutes to get fully new set of AirPods by direct replacement
