I recently visited the shop to buy a phone cover. One of the staff members was very kind and helpful - he gave me a cover to try on my phone and assisted me patiently. However, my experience was spoiled by the girl at the counter, who spoke to me quite disrespectfully. She told me not to open the box, even though I was only trying a cover that was already open. It's difficult to choose a cover without checking how it fits, and her attitude was unpleasant. She repeated the same rude tone several times, which made me feel very uncomfortable.
Thanks to the gentleman who assisted me - he was polite and professional — but overall, my first visit to the shop was disappointing because of the behavior of the girl at the counter.
