I just contacted the non-profit organization to empty an apartment (100m²) that had been occupied by an elderly person, so it was completely full!!!!
I really appreciated the communication with the person on the phone, and then the manager who organized the move quickly, taking into account my requests and the building's requirements (use of a lift, for example).
The work was carried out without any damage, calmly, and perfectly (they even gave it a sweep!)
The price wasn't cheap (10% higher than another quote I received), but I'm happy to know that, instead of enriching (a black man!!!!) a racist individual—who told me, during the apartment viewing, that "even black people (sic!) wouldn't want this furniture"—I was able to contribute to a social enterprise.

The building is dilapidated, there's no disabled access, you bring your PC in for repair and it comes back even worse than when you left, they only employ students from very disadvantaged backgrounds, it's very unhealthy, and what's more, they only sell used PCs that aren't worth a dime 😤😤
