What a mistake not to have come sooner!! A desktop PC and a laptop that I thought were completely broken, running so slowly I almost threw them out... and they've been brought back to life thanks to APC59's expertise.
The desktop was replaced with a refurbished all-in-one, preserving absolutely all my data, and the laptop has been given a new lease on life, without the stress of losing all the precious documents stored on it, all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!!
