An excellent experience. I bought 2 Macbooks and both of them had 10/10 rating on their website. It was delivered the next day and I was pleasantly surprised to see how good the condition was. They looked practically new and they even sent me the US QWERTY layout just like I requested. They are also very quick to respond to questions. Would definitely recommend them.
I would even suggest people to check here for macs before going to apple or amac. You get the same manufacturer warranty anyway. (Keep in mind, you might not be able to get AppleCare though).
