I bought a PC with a printer/scanner from FDK in August 2025. Frans installed everything quickly and efficiently at my home. FDK is a trusted source and highly recommended. Leading up to my purchase, I visited the store several times to discuss which PC, which printer, the colors, whether it was new or used, etc. In my conversations with the staff, I noticed that I need to ask clear questions and make sure I'm understood correctly. That's important for the buyer. But if you do that, things go smoothly.
Today, at the end of the day, I received prompt and expert help when I couldn't convert paper documents into PDFs. I also appreciate their patience with people who aren't as familiar with IT.
