I went there to get my laptop repaired, and they told me it would take about a month. After more than two months, there was still no progress. The repair wasn’t even close to being done and I decided to take my laptop elsewhere.

Judging by the reviews, this seems like a nice repair shop, but if they tell you a repair will take a long time, think twice. Apparently, they have been having issues with their parts supplier, but no one informed me of this at any point.

When I raised my only complaint after more than two months of waiting, one of the employees became extremely defensive, which was disappointing. He told me he was practically doing me a favor by fixing the laptop and ordering the part, but if they were having problems with their supplier, they were literally under no obligation to try to fix my laptop at all.
