I don't recommend it. Almost two years ago, I dropped off two HP computer hard drives to convert them to external hard drives. I subsequently went to the store three times to find out what was going on, but the salesperson couldn't find my hard drives or even tell me the status of my request because it hadn't been registered (after the fourth visit). Since I didn't receive proof of my deposit the day I went there for the first time, I wasn't able to file a claim.
I lost some family photos.
Bad experience, very disrespectful – an experience that dates back to 2016 or 2017 but still rankles. It's a shame, I had to go to Saturn instead where I received good customer service.
A very good store for repairing computers and buying technological equipment.
