My previous review was deleted. I wouldn‘t forget how my delivery to a customer ruined bcs the UPS pickup from this store didn‘t happen until 2days (?!). On the third day I deliver the package by myself. No confirmation or anything. Awful service

One of THE WORST Stores I’ve dealt with in Aachen. First time I dealt with them I went to buy an iPhone case where it was installed in store and the next day the protective part for the camera fell off. Second time I bought a prepaid SIM card and the lady told me that it’s already activated (so I thought I just need to put the SIM card in the phone and it should be good to go). After downloading the app I found out the SIM card has been registered with someone else’s information and the credit that is supposed to be included with the SIM card has been already used way before my purchase yesterday. I called the lady on the phone as I am not in Aachen at the moment and she told me that I specifically asked for a pre registered number as I didn’t wanted to give my information (which never happened!) I asked for a prepaid SIM card and not a pre-registred one.
The dishonesty and unprofessionallism is unbelievable!

Maybe update the opening hours on google maps and ups site. Because they don’t match and also if you decide to close randomly until 13:15 without any notice UPDATE YOUR INFO
