I went there because the USB port on my iPhone was clogged, so the plug wouldn't stay in.

I asked if they knew how to clean it, and they told me yes, no problem, come back in 45 minutes, and it would be €29!
Surprised by the price, I said no thanks.
I went to Iservices in town, and they cleaned my iPhone and a Samsung for free!!!
That was the first and last time I'll ever go to IT Media. Avoid them at all costs…

They replaced the battery in my iPhone without telling me it was a fake. Now I'm stuck with an iPhone 14 that's worthless because the battery is counterfeit, preventing the iPhone from being fully configured as it doesn't recognize it.

They were very honest. I brought in an iPhone 14, and unfortunately, it was oxidized, so the problem couldn't be fixed. However, I didn't have to pay anything, even though they kept it for two weeks trying to find a solution.

I think they did what they could, and very importantly, the privacy of the phone was respected.
