My appointment was rescheduled a total of three times. Each time, I planned my day around the appointment, only to be put off again at the last minute. This is simply disrespectful to patients' time. Other doctors' offices manage to schedule appointments just fine, despite ongoing training.

Once is understandable, but three times clearly demonstrates that appointment scheduling at this practice is completely dysfunctional.
