We booked a kayak tour in July and paid the deposit they requested but the trip was cancelled because of low water level. We asked for refund in July and in October, never got a reply. Avoid booking anything with this unprofessional company.

The kayak trip I had booked and paid for was cancelled due to low water levels, which is normal, and I understand.

I paid for four people to attend a business event, and they are not from the local area; nevertheless, we received a voucher, but we have received no reply regarding potential refunds.

As stated by the person below under Belgian law, consumers have the right to be refunded and to refuse such a voucher even though it's mentioned in their terms in a tiny button on the website and is not referred to anywhere else.

And despite sending several emails about that for one week, I still got zero answer from the manager of this company.
