The employees are extremely impudent! They don't know how to talk to customers, they behave rudely! You came with a problem and got the answer to call Apple. They raise their voices and don't let you explain the problem. Especially the girl, no respect for customers. I advise the Administration to replace her!

The staff is too young, they don’t know. They will say they can’t help and try to go somewhere else. They only want to sell iPhone or cases, and that’s all, they don’t even try to help you if you have a problem with your iPhone
