!!!UPDATE!!!

Went there to get my laptop screen replaced since it is a 2-in-1 and other repair shops that I contacted were not able to assist me.

THE SCREEN THEY REPLACED MY BROKEN SCREEN WITH IS NEITHER ORIGINAL NOR GOOD QUALITY!!! (This has been confirmed by a authorized service center)

1) Repair tracker. Before I left my device with them, I asked how long should I expect the repair to take. I was told 7-10 days. After that time the tracker still showed "waiting for parts". I emailed them about it and within the next few hours suddently the laptop was ready to be picked up.

2) The quality. I recieved my laptop with glue sticking out everywhere. What you see in the photo is after several minutes of me getting parts of it off, which btw the seller was trying to scratch it off as well in front of me when I picked it up, but I told him that I'll do it myself since I didn't have the time to wait there and watch him frantically scratch it off. Some parts, on the other hand, move when pressed because of the poor glueing there. Secondly, the display wasn't seated correctly as it can be seen on the second picture. The misalignment is mostly visible at the middle of the bezels, but this is not how it should be.
!!! I CONTACTED THE SHOP ABOUT IMPROPER GLUEING TO WHICH THEY REPLIED THEY FOLLOWED THE MANUFACTURER’S ORDERS. THIS WAS DENIED BY THE AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER AS WELL, GLUEING THE DISPLAY WITH SILICONE GLUE IS NOT OKAY!!!

3) The overall price. For such a poor quality the price was fairly steep. I paid 459 euros so you can create the picture for yourself.

LASTLY, DURING THE REPAIR, THEY DAMAGED MY BACK COVER WHICH ALSO HAD TO BE REPLACED!!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL TIMES!!!

Terrible service from start to finish.
I went there to replace my laptop keyboard. First, they installed the wrong keyboard layout (French instead of the correct one). On top of that, the installation was done very poorly: when I press one key, another key responds. Completely unacceptable.
They told me the repair would take one week. After that week passed, I had to keep calling myself to ask for updates. Each time, the person answering was extremely rude. Instead of simply saying the laptop was not ready yet, he spoke to me in a disrespectful and almost insulting way, as if I had no right to ask about the delay.
To make matters worse, the price was much higher than average, far more expensive than other places for the same service.
Long delays, wrong keyboard, bad installation, rude behavior, and overpriced.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. Absolutely not recommended.
