Very unprofessional, and they don't know the price of their own services, and if you don't pay for a repair, they won't care about giving you, your device in a timely manner. They also replace parts instead of fixing them.

I'm giving them two stars because they deserve one, but I don't want them deleting my comment so easily. Do not go there for any repairs. I went to get the screen fixed on my laptop, and the first time I walked in, they said it would cost me about 1,300 and I left to think about it, and came back the next week. They said the replacement of the screen would only be around 1000 euros, and I took the offer, of course. I went later in the year as I had a motherboard issue (logic board), and they checked it for me for free and told me that I would need the motherboard replaced. It was also around 1000, so I went to another shop to see if they could do anything about it cheaper. At the other shop, the guy cleaned the motherboard and told me there was a corroded capacitor in the board, and he unfortunately couldn't repair it, so I was stuck with either giving it to Lab9 or sending it to the US. So I went to Lab9 again, and I gave it in again, hopefully I would have a similar experience with the screen, where it would be cheaper. But this time when I gave in the laptop, they charged me for the check and told me to wait a week. I came in this time to see what they would find, and I was told the motherboard and the keyboard needed to be fixed this time, so ofcourse i didnt agree to this and asked for the computer back, and with this they told me I had to wait a couple of days and I'll get an email. I then waited and went to the store twice in the span of two weeks to see why they hadn't put my laptop back together, and they told me they had it assembled. I would just have to wait for the guy who's doing the repairs to finish, and he would be right with me. As I sit there, I see him grabbing the parts and actually assembling my laptop in that moment, it took him about 15min and they made me wait a week just because I didn't pay for any “repair service”. I eventually got it fixed by taking it with me to a different country, and it was much cheaper, and there was no keyboard issue. They are extremely unprofessional; they don't know the cost of their own services. They don't try to fix anything in the laptop, instead opting to replace it. If you don't take their repair, they will take so long to put your computer back together because they aren't earning from it.
