A very disappointing result. Five months ago, I brought my MSI GS66 laptop in for screen repair. After only four months, I finally got my device back. The entire keyboard was replaced without my request. This was charged as an additional fee. The backlight resistor was also replaced, but it wasn't registered. Now I have my device back, and the following things are wrong: 1. The battery no longer works. When I plug it in, the battery stays at 3% and doesn't go any higher. When I pull it out, the device immediately shuts down. 2. The backlight no longer works. They said they replaced the resistor, but without checking it, they returned it. 3. The frame around my screen wasn't professionally replaced and is hanging loose. I'm calling the company again for a free repair or a refund.
