I have plenty of time to write this review, because in the half hour I've been here, only one customer has been helped. It's not the staff's fault that they're understaffed and someone is on their lunch break, but in the time I've been here, three (!) people have already walked out in anger because they gave up waiting.

It would be a remarkable coincidence if this only happened today. I definitely recommend you staff your store better, because this way you're making a real impression.

Ridiculous wait time, 40 minutes. This was just to return the old degibox. After the necessary paperwork and another 10-minute wait, I was told I had to bring my old box back so a technician could come by.
Reason: for OLDER PEOPLE and THE ELDERLY, we sometimes send a technician to replace a cable.
Meanwhile, they're trying to sell me a sports subscription by making it seem like it's exclusively free for me. After a few questions, this subscription is only free for one month, with payment to follow.
This after being a customer for 42 years.
