5 EUR "administration cost" and 12.1 EUR delivery fee (in the same country) on a purchase of 28 EUR is cheeky. Shame on easyrepair.
And shame on Sony too, who provide this as an only option to replace earpads on headphones.

Excellent service: responsive, diligent and professional. I sent my JBL bluetooth headphones via BPost to a JVC supplier, by mistake, and it took them a while to realize. Once we sorted the problem the sent it to easyRepair and they help me very quickly. First, they sent me an email to inform me that they had received the headphones, and decided to replace my 1-year headphones under guarantee for a new one. They shipped them back to me via Bpost too, and it was super-quick. They even sent another email to inform me about the new shipment coming home.
In summary: 0% headaches for me, 100% satisfaction. I will send my stuff there in the future for sure.

you drop your tool and pay 40 euro , they do the investigation and let you know how much the repair cost . in my case it was 500 euro so i decided not to repair.
