I had a great experience at this phone fix center. They repaired my phone very quickly and were polite and professional. They also helped me with my parcel — even though parcel hours are limited, they were kind enough to assist me.
I noticed some complaints in other reviews, but I believe it’s important to respect working hours. Personally, I was very satisfied with the service and the attitude of the staff.

My parcel was placed there. The person who was there was not good. He misbehaved the people. He is not polite and I wait for a long time after that i asked about my parcel but he asked me to search in the back. The parcel was thrown like garbage. He went there and showed his anger with me without any reason.

I went to pick up my package and experienced very rude behaviour from the shop owner. He refused to hand over my package for being a 3 minutes late and said this is your last time you be late or i won't give you!
also he was extremely Rude to an elderly customer who needed help, she didn't know her tracking order and he was asking me to help her!
