Unprofessional company, takes your money, delivers substandard item and doesn’t answer the phone, emails or anything for a refund. Had to escalate to PayPal to get my money back as zero communication from them.
Was warned about this company after I made the order and how right they were!

A few months ago I bought 3 items from them in one order.
First item arrived and it was the wrong webbing-suspender set.
Second item (a Garand belt) was totally inaccurate. The pockets do not fit Garand enblocs, you cannot close the pocket flap with an enbloc 4/5ths pushed in, and the securing tab is about an inch too short to button down. Also, the angle/shape of the pocket flap edges was totally wrong.
The final item was OK in every respect.

When I emailed the company regarding the incorrect item and bad quality of the belt, I was told they'd send me a replacement/correct suspender set. That arrived but I've heard nothing regarding the belt nor how to return the incorrect suspenders set...

Personally I wouldn't use the company again for an online purchase but I *would* buy from a stall at a militaria fair.

Sincere thanks to Quartermaster Inspector for all their great help and assistance when ordering two sets of items recently. Queries were dealt with speedily and my items were shipped in no time - this was last minute decision and purchase for me and they did everything they could to facilitate me. Will definitely come back if I need anything else guys!

Oui, la récupération de données est un service classique. Si votre disque dur est défectueux, iKnow IT possède certainement les outils logiciels pour extraire vos fichiers importants.
