I recently bought two linux computers from FD-computers: last year a laptop and this year a NUC for my desktop. With both I am quite happy. Nice and fast, well packaged so everything arrived in a good state. I have reinstalled both because I like archlinux but it is good to know beforehand that all hardware is compatible with linux.

I wanted a specific linux computer with possibility to run some windows applications but without the hassle of maintaining Windows.
A virtualbox for windows was installed, so i could install any windows software i needed.
The computer has also two SSD drive slots to make it possible to exchange lots of data with other computers.
The custom computer works fine and whenever i have a question regarding the system i can call the shop for some help.
This is already the second computer i brought at FD computers and i'm really impressed with the service (they also serviced another computer from another company that didn't provide any service).

So the conclusion would be: buy a computer in a real shop and not online and not in a big chain that doesn't provide any help if you have some troubles.

Delivery of the laptop after ordering was fast (2 days later). This is my first Linux laptop and I can already say I will always buy Linux from now onwards. The laptop itself has a slick design, light with the nice Linux sticker on it. I started with Ubuntu but have already tried Mint via Virtual Box. Like them both. I will always shop here too, you do an amazing job, guys!! I only wish I would live a bit closer so I could actually visit the shop! Thanks for the great service and help with any problem!!

Quels types d'appareils FD-Computers répare-t-il ?

En général, les ateliers d'informatique à Wulpen prennent en charge les ordinateurs portables (PC et Mac), les tours sur-mesure, et parfois les smartphones/tablettes. Il est recommandé de les appeler pour confirmer.
