Incompetent and overpriced. Brought in my PC for repair with 2 x 8 GB RAM, was charged twice the agreed amount for the work, then got it back with 2 x 2 GB RAM. Drove back to confront them and their response was "Oops". Workshop is a total mess. Best avoid if you want your computer back in one piece.

Brought a freshly built PC in with a small issue regarding rgb on additional fans outside of AIO and they wanted to charge me 300€ because they had to ensure all other parts worked properly. Eventually brought it to a friend who fixed the issue for free. Will never bring another computer here with this this price gauging bullshit. This was a 20 min fix and watched my friend fix the issue just by checking if cables were connected.

Don’t shop here, they will upcharge you just bc they have a brick and mortar store. Order your parts/devices/any accessories online and save yourself the hassle of dealing with these people who clearly just want to make money. This wasn’t the first time I had brought in a pc with issues to them but was first time they genuinely tried to rip me off

This shop is still doing an excellent business during more than 20 years. It belongs to a chain of 3 shops and the sellers advice you very well.
Everytile I go there I know that I will have an excellent materiail and advices.
I strongly recommend it.
