We ate 2 beer brewers from South Africa visiting beer breweries in South Holland / Limburg and Belgium. We drove 45min to come taste your distillate and beers. Google state you’re open until 21:00 on a Saturday evening. We arrived at the door at 20:15, 5 tables still full of guests inside and we get abruptly and quite rudely told the establishment is closed. We did not come to party, nor hold up the kitchen, we just wanted to do a profile tasting of your products. 45min is more than enough for that. This is very poor service to say the least!!! I am sure the brewers and owners would not have been so unkind. This is how businesses close down! You should be ashamed to say the least!!! You are not even worthy of the 1 star!

What was expected to be a very interesting and exciting experience quickly turned to utter disappointment and disapproval of customer interaction and service. A friend and I drove more than an hour from our hotel to Wilderen ex0ecting to taste some beers and a rum or whiskey or two. After having arrived just after 20h00 and Google detailing that the tap room and Restaurant would be open until 21h00, we expected to have an hour to enjoy an experience.
We were met with an ABRUPT We are closed! We tried to request a short tasting or access to butly a beer and we're met again with an Abrupt, We are CLOSED! You can access the shop. There were still at leat 4 tables of guests sitting, eating and drinking in the tap room/ Restaurant. We could have easily had a 15 min drink sbd been on our way. The attitude and complete dismissive approach by the man who dismissed us was very disappointing to say the least. A Very Poor experience. Our worst in Belgium!
