A very good library, the staff is really friendly and helpful. But there's a major problem: when I went to study there, it was initially very quiet. Suddenly, people started coming in, drinking tea, and chatting loudly about all sorts of things, without them being particularly interesting. It felt more like a chat room, and that was incredibly disruptive. As a result, I couldn't concentrate on my studies. It happened not once, but several times. Such discussions belong in a cafe, not in a library, where people come to find peace and quiet.
