I bought this Samsung VS20T vacuum cleaner from Rochette in September 2023. I took it back for repairs for the first time in September 2024. A piece of the plastic cover that emptied the dust into the container had broken off. Today, January 6, 2025, a wheel on the brush broke off. I had my previous vacuum cleaner for 18 years and it had never been repaired. I will never buy a Samsung vacuum cleaner again; it was so plastic-y.

Even though the vacuum cleaner was out of warranty, Rochette in Veltem arranged for Samsung to replace the brush free of charge. Thanks to Rochette in Veltem and Samsung for that.

Quels types d'appareils Trifix répare-t-il ?
