My laptop would not charge or start up even when connected to the power supply.
I took it to this service center and paid 60€ for a diagnostic check.

A week later, they called to say they would replace the charging port, which I agreed to. After another week, they contacted me again, informing me that replacing the port did not resolve the issue, and they suggested further investigation. Again, I agreed.

However, after a month and a half more, I had to call them myself for an update. It then became clear that all they had attempted was replacing a USB port, with no further work done. They proposed another investigation—at additional cost—but by then, I decided that waiting for two months was already too much.

I do not understand why the process took so long, nor why they failed to inform me earlier that they could not proceed beyond replacing the USB port. Had they communicated this from the beginning, I would not have wasted so much time—and I would not have left with such a negative feedback of their service.
