This information is causing confusion. This address and opening hours do NOT apply to the main library De Krook, but to the neighborhood library in Sint-Amandsberg within the De Krook Libraries network. Please therefore correct the heading from Stedelijke Openbare Bibliotheek Gent -> Sint-Amandsberg so that borrowers do not find themselves facing closed doors. Thank you in advance! PS The service and the collection are top-notch, so it is well worth a visit!
Always friendly. If you don't find something, they'll help you. One of my favorite library libraries. Small in Ghent, but very nice people. You're welcome as a person. I don't know any other library in my area with such friendly people as here.
