I went to Go Repair to have a damaged iPhone 11 Pro Max screen replaced. The repair shop had the part in stock and completed the screen replacement in an hour for a competitive price. They also installed a latest-generation screen protector for a reasonable price. Everything works perfectly, including Face ID, which apparently isn't always a given.
