After picking up a vacuum cleaner from Atom tomorrow, I quickly realized that the simple functional check after collection hadn't been performed. So, calmly, I returned the device and asked to see the technician, who apparently didn't want to meet with me. So I left the vacuum cleaner and worried about it a week later. On the phone, my contact, who seemed indifferent to my requests, put me off until later. Every subsequent call was met with indifference from the people they spoke to, who were more concerned with moving to Raismes than fulfilling their commitments. Conclusion
In Denain, there was no professionalism, no courtesy, and no consideration for the customer.
The principle of this company is great, but the organization is deplorable.

I should point out that I now have to resolve this problem with the Raismes branch, which I hope will be more efficient than Denain and will be the subject of future comments, whether positive or negative.

Three weeks for delivery, you cancel the order, and coincidentally the part arrived. Never a phone call. When you go there, you feel like you're bothering them. Extremely mediocre. They were better in Denain. In any case, they won't see me again.
