Not responsive at all. I've contacted them to repair my iron and they replied with the address to send it to. Now I've been trying to contact them for weeks by mail and telephone but no reply whatsoever. I can't understand why they are on the official list of repair services...

I've called repeatedly, sent emails and messages, all without a SINGLE response. This gentleman should understand that we don't live next door and would prefer to contact them by phone initially to avoid a wasted trip!

Furthermore, despite all the attempts I made to call during their opening hours, they were closed several times (sometimes I called every day only to find they were open one day out of five!). They should close down when their service is so pathetic!
