Pff, what a company, worst experience ever.
I have ordered an article in their online shop that was available (according to the website multiple pieces), selected home delivery, paid for the whole, and then with the confirmation they said they cannot sent it via GLS, as the ordered item is a showroom model, assembled and everything, but they tried to make fun of it that I can use immediately (ha ha ha, what a joke…).
After a whole lot of discussion I offered multiple solutions, none of them was good enough for them. I was like OK, screw it, I will arrange a pickup, so called them that I am going. Secretary picked up the phone, explained what the situation is, transferred the call, but nobody answered. Couple of hours later I wrote another email that this behaviour does not lead anywhere, and expecting them to call me back.
What happened then? Surprisingly they came back with a bs answer that “ah sorry, we just noticed that the item is scratched”.
What a joke this company is, I highly recommend avoiding any business with them, only deal with serious companies.

We just ordered a new kitchen, Sidney, the designer, has been very friendly, patient and resourceful over the last months as we discussed over the kitchen design, materials and equipment. We expect the kitchen to be installed after two months. The quoted price is reasonable.
