He explained me everything in a very clear way and had a lot of patience helping me to deinstall and install my apps on my phone. Made an appointment through Apple, but they couldn’t find it, but in the end they accepted, then they said I can get my phone back in the evening, went there and they said I should pick it up the tomorrow, I said I don’t accept this, and they did the battery change in an hour… Weird…
