I received a notification that my package was there, but the man said no, I hadn't received anything. Then I saw a bag of packages waiting to be scanned and mentioned it. "No," he said, "they have to go." Funny, I said the bag was a delivery. After a lot of arguing with the unhelpful, arrogant man, I left. The next day I called and called again, reaching voicemail because the store was busy. I drove there, and no one was there except the man and one employee. I asked if he was busy, and the answer was "no," to which I replied, "please answer your phone." In the end, I got my package, but I'll never go to that pickup point again.
