Worst customer service experience ever. At the end of September 2025, I bought a new HP laptop, which broke down two weeks later. I took it in for repair. Two weeks later, I called to ask about the status. I was then told it had been sent to HP. Finally, I got the laptop back a week later. Two weeks later, the same problem. I returned the laptop. The unfriendly service person didn't even bother to look at it himself. His only comment was that he would escalate the problem with HP and send it in immediately. He doesn't have time, and I shouldn't schedule his work. Three weeks later, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called myself. Then I learned that the laptop hadn't arrived at HP until twelve days after I brought it in. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the service person told me he had to explain himself. So, of the ten weeks since I bought my new laptop, I've only been using it for four weeks. If Derco had any feedback, they might be somewhat understanding, but no, the customer means NOTHING to them! A good piece of advice: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THERE, as a customer you are a big zero!!
