Made an appointment to have the battery of my iPhone 13 mini replaced as the phone was getting a bit older and the battery didn’t perform well anymore. A bit of waiting as it was quite busy- but not too long as the technicians were coming back from their lunch break. Very good inspection of the phone, nice tools and documentation. Two hours later I came back and they had bad news; while the battery replacement was being performed they inadvertently cut the connection to the volume plus button- and this one is needed for restoring the phone. They offered me a replacement phone (12) and a compensation of 10€ for my trouble. I chose not to take the replacement phone as it takes a couple of hours to synchronise my applications and security certificates. I decided to take back my old phone and explained that if I was going to have to give up my phone for a couple of days, I might as well just get a new phone and keep my old one. I did request a compensation, two days later they emailed me (as promised ) and the first offer was really unsatisfactory, so I raised the stakes, one day later another email arrived with an acceptable offer. I thanked them and ordered a new phone. That part went really well (fast and good service) conclusion: mistakes happen, but service and punctuality will always be available at Lab9
Sometimes people forget to do their job properly, for example, not giving any hint in the appointment system about their national holiday break and still letting people who had urgent problems make an appointment with hope. Such things happened twice and we wasted hours in total for their mistakes.
To avoid probable disputation, here is our general attitude to this stupid agent: Do not address your stupid common sense about the national holiday, World War I in last century is not your excuse to be lazy and unprofessional today.

Quels types d'appareils Lab9 répare-t-il ?
