I am just sharing my story here; judge for yourself. I bring a broken battery in for repair and have to wait three and a half months for it. Emails go unanswered, the phone goes unpicked. After threatening to file a complaint, a response finally comes, and the battery is ready. Once home, it turns out it doesn't work on the bike. So, back the battery goes, and after two weeks, still no response. Same scenario as above. This time I send a 'notice of default' and get a response. "The battery works as it should." Pick up the battery again... and the bike still doesn't work. So, off to a professional bicycle repairer, Claessens in Willebroek. Verdict: the bike cannot work because the terminals are connected incorrectly! I'm happy, the bike is finally repaired.

A very positive experience with Ebattery. Replacing cells and increasing the battery capacity is very positive and much cheaper than a new battery.
