NEVER AGAIN! Worst online shopping experience.
I should have read the reviews on Google before...

I ordered twice, first time was ok, received the products, found them nice and kept them.
The second time, one year later...ordered 5 or 6 products, kept only one.
When I received them, I almost couldn’t recognize the products, different colors than in the pictures, and one of the pulls was even replaced with another without any notice (not buying the explanation that it was an error, because it had similar color with what I ordered).

Quality of products: mostly cheap fabrics, low quality cut.

The after-sales experience: worst ever, ‘NULLE’.
In 2020’s ecommerce:
- they have to give approvals for your return request and then make you print the return form, cause ‘why should they include it in the parcel?’. So you have yourself to go search a print shop in the city. Was surprised to find that they still exist in 2020.
- they don’t have or they use a crapy messaging system, cause you don’t receive any notification about changes made to your account and you have to check it daily. And if you do find any change, the description is so vague (‘return completed’), that you have to write them emails asking what does that mean (products received, money transferred back, how much, when you should expect to receive them?).
- transport cost: 14euros - for delivery, 9e - for return. Wth!?

If you want to send back both products (that they sent by error and products you don’t like), they fully charge you the transport. Cause their policy says ‘only if you send the error product alone’ they pay.

What a waste of money, time and energy!
They lack respect for their customer a big time!

When you ask for a return they try to give you its value as a coupon to use it for future purchases.
What!? Get your hands off of my money! I earned it with integrity. Do you even know what that is?

After a hustle&bustle they returned me the money, one month and a half later.

@easyclothes, don’t bother to reply to this review...it’s not you, it’s us, all the customers saying the same. ;)

En général, les ateliers d'informatique à My prennent en charge les ordinateurs portables (PC et Mac), les tours sur-mesure, et parfois les smartphones/tablettes. Il est recommandé de les appeler pour confirmer.

Combien coûte une réparation PC à My ?

Le tarif dépend de la panne. Un diagnostic initial coûte souvent entre 30€ et 50€. Un changement de disque dur ou d'écran varie entre 80€ et 200€ selon la pièce. Demandez toujours un devis avant intervention.

Puis-je récupérer mes données perdues ?

Oui, la récupération de données est un service classique. Si votre disque dur est défectueux, Easy M possède certainement les outils logiciels pour extraire vos fichiers importants.
