I rarely share reviews online, but I think this one is worth it. I contacted Autoglass Clinic to replace a windshield on my Tesla Model Y, and it was sorted in just a few days. It was done in a morning, they provided a free replacement car, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend them...
In any case, I won't be going anywhere else, especially not to ******** (whose name I won't mention, but everyone knows), who sent me to Namur or La Louvière because Teslas aren't serviced in Charleroi!

The initial reception was very pleasant when I dropped off my vehicle. However, after the problem arose, it was a completely different story.

In my opinion, this company has been deplorable! It's been two months and there's still no progress. The rearview mirror cover is broken and poorly installed. There are glass shards everywhere in the vehicle, including in the air vents. There are also bits of dried glue in the cabin. The windshield must have been installed too low because the outer seal doesn't touch the roof panel. We'll see how things go over time and with this company.

I came here on the instructions of the leasing company that manages my vehicle. From the initial phone call, I was delighted by the kindness and friendliness of the receptionist, qualities that were confirmed when I arrived in person. Although I was late (again, sorry about that), they went above and beyond to quickly repair the window. Since I have glass breakage coverage, I didn't have to pay anything, and all I had to do was sign a document. Finally, I was able to use a dedicated space and Wi-Fi connection to work while the window was being replaced and avoid wasting any time. I highly recommend them and will definitely return (although I hope my window doesn't get broken too often 😅).
