I came in late in the day for a phone repair and the service was very disappointing. The red-haired woman who greeted me was particularly unpleasant and unprofessional. I felt like I was bothering her more than anything else. It's a shame, because when you work with customers, courtesy is essential, even at the end of the day. This experience doesn't encourage me to return or recommend this repair shop.

it's not even worth one star. I originally came to replace my battery, they gave me back my phone with a ruined screen (a green line and a purple line, apparently following a bad manipulation when changing the battery)... so I was told that they were going to replace my screen. (while originally I just came to change my battery, my screen was still original Apple obviously). I went back a second time this week to change my screen, and now I have a pixelated effect on my screen, the quality is no longer the same as before, I made a complaint to have my screen changed again and the same thing, I still have the same "green" effect when there is a black background, everything is pixelated, while originally my screen had nothing, it's shameful.
