Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with ADC in Brussels. While working, an employee of the company broke my thumb due to incompetence. After the incident, I tried to contact them several times and finally spoke with the owner, Daniel. Despite these attempts, they take no responsibility and I receive no compensation whatsoever, even though I believe there is a legal obligation to pay for the damage. The way this was handled is very disappointing.
