My recent visit here left much to be desired. The lack of assistance and poor customer service made it a frustrating experience from start to finish.

Attempting to rectify the situation proved to be equally challenging. When I attempted to return the incorrect cable, I was met with resistance from the staff, who refused to acknowledge their mistake or provide a refund. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience, to say the least.

In conclusion, while this ship may offer a wide selection of products, the lack of assistance, disorganization, and poor customer service make it a less-than-ideal destination for tech enthusiasts. If you value helpful staff and hassle-free transactions, I would recommend exploring other options before visiting this establishment.
