I've been to this place twice the first time i broke the screen of my very cheap huawei tablet price (150euros) i asked for a replacemement screen and they said that it's going to cost 240euros ( the screen with the touch display costs 60-70 euros) on various sites. The 2nd time my tablet died during a software update and the bios is corrupted i asked for the price of this repair and they (Christophe) said it's going to cost 195 euros for the new bios, ( the bios is free from the samsung website and the tool used to flash the bios is also free it's called Odin, Christoph. So Christophe stop thinking that people are dumb.
"This is a reply to you Christophe" since it's not a free bios where do you get it from? also the "new Bios" costs more than a new tablet. and a good seller would tell you that instead of ripping you off, and since my tablet can boot into recovery mode "A specific mode to FLASH A NEW BIOS" i can say with confidence that either you don't know what you're talking about or most likely you're just scamming people. horrible store
I truly advise against going to this shop if you ever need to get your phone screen replaced. My experience here has been nothing but disappointment after disappointment.
My phone screen (an iPhone 11 Pro) stopped working and I visited the store to ask for a replacement on a Friday noon, to which the employees at the counter told me the price would be 150 euros for a compatible screen (and 200 euros for an original screen), with no more explanation than this. So I chose the compatible screen to fit with my budget, and since the screen was not in stock, I was told the part should come on Monday and I should come back on Monday.
I did come back on Monday, only to be told that the part had not arrived and it'd come on Wednesday. Then I came back on Wednesday to find out that it was actually Friday that the screen would arrive. I did indeed got my phone fixed on a Friday, thanks heavens. And as I was going to pay, I found out that the price I was told a week ago was incorrect, because not only they "Never" said it was €150, it has been €200 all along. €200 for a compatible screen replacement. It is truly baffling, truth be told.
Then I noticed that the screen was a lot duller and darker than before the fix, and the color was all off. And when I emailed to ask about this, they said that it was my choice to choose a compatible screen, which would cause this problem. This, and I mean this sincerely, should have been something advised to me when I came to the store a week ago. I do not know anything about phones fixing, and as a customer, I would have appreciated it so much if just one employee stepped up that day to explain me the different between the two options.
Overall, thank you for fixing my phone. The screen does work! It just looks a lot worse than before. And everyone working at the desk was very nice. Though all the waiting and the let down considered, it is truly the worst phone repair experience I'd had to go through.
Very bad experience.
I strongly advise against this shop. iScam!
Incompetent workers and manager, and I'll illustrate it to you.
Here is my experience:
I came in with a battery problem and after that, problems with the touch screen, which resulted in a totally unusable screen.
They gave me almost no advice and curtly dismissed me when I asked for an explanation or any commercial gesture, as I came away biased because of them.
They were anything but commercial in their communication and I find this outrageous from a shop, which should normally be at the service of its customer. The customer service is miserable if not non-existent.
The quality of the repairs is such that you have to wonder where they get their equipment and screens from when they do the repairs.
In conclusion, I strongly don’t recommand this service.
